Railways of Great Britain is a slightly redesigned reprint of the out-of-print Railways of England and Wales.

Railways of Great Britain does not include advanced game rules or components like its predecessor, but does include all the classic rules and railroad operations cards as well as a slightly modified map with a city in Scotland added near the top of the game board.
